1. Orders

All orders are final once placed.

Please double-check your size, shipping address, and product details before checking out — we don’t make edits once the order is confirmed.

2. Shipping

We currently ship across India.

Shipping rates and delivery timelines are shown at checkout. Once your order is dispatched, it’s in the hands of the courier — Naalayak Network is not liable for delivery delays, incorrect addresses, or lost shipments caused by third-party logistics.

3. Product Info

We do our best to make sure product details, colors, and sizing info are accurate — but:

• Slight color variations may happen due to screen settings

• Fit can vary depending on your style (oversized, relaxed, etc.)

• Every piece is part of a limited drop, so minor production differences might exist

4. Exchanges Only (No Returns or Refunds)

We do not offer returns or refunds — only exchanges in case of genuine size issues.

You’re eligible for a size exchange if:

• The product is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Tags and packaging are still intact

• You contact us within 5 days of receiving your order

To request an exchange, email naalayaknetwrk@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos.

Return shipping is to be handled by the customer unless the error was on our end.

If the exchange request is approved and your size is available, we’ll ship it out once we receive the original item. No refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
