Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Naalayak Network, every piece is made in limited quantities — which means we currently do not offer refunds or general returns. However, if your item doesn’t fit right, we’ve got you.

Exchange Eligibility

You may request a size exchange within 5 days of receiving your order, provided:
• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags and packaging are intact
• You have the order confirmation or proof of purchase

To start an exchange, email us at naalayaknetwrk@gmail.com with your order number and a few clear photos. Please wait for confirmation before sending anything back — unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the issue was due to an error on our end.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item, or something that’s not what you ordered, reach out to us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll assess the issue and do our best to make it right.


Items Not Eligible for Exchange

We do not accept exchanges for:
• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Worn, washed, or altered items
• Custom or limited-edition pieces unless damaged or mispacked


Refunds

We do not process refunds. If a size exchange isn’t possible (e.g., item is out of stock), we may offer store credit at our discretion. Refunds to original payment methods are not available.
